Before buying the figurine, I messaged the seller to verify the factory mark because it was obstructed by a felt sticker in the photos, and the seller responded very quickly. A fairly large and fragile item, the figurine was packed with such amazing care, thank you for being so diligent! There were no defects or chips or cracks, as described. The shipping was fast. Thank you very much, the giraffe is a great addition to my LFZ porcelain collection!

Overall, I'm pleased, but I will mention that the seller waited a full 2 days to print a shipping label, and even longer to give the parcel to USPS. I'm happy to report that both locks could be opened with factory combinations, and I think it's great that the seller even had the original tools and literature. Good overall.
