On his ad, he advertised the item as new and in his pictures showed the item with the original plastic wrap and labels and when I got the item it came opened and broken with the main label inside the box like he unwrap the item and just put the label inside. I'm a collector and that's important for me, I purchased a brand new item as he advertised that. I tore it when I open the package.
