My first experience was excellent, but unfortunately, this time the screen arrived defective. It was frustrating to go through the process of installing it only to have to remove it again. The seller was responsive and helpful, but I was disappointed that I was only offered a refund rather than a replacement. Because of this, I’ll be purchasing elsewhere moving forward.
