    I have discussed the problem,the seller tried to say I must have counted wrong or someone opened my package, then said he viewed camera footage to see all 44 chips were packed. The packing slip, which is quality control signed, lists 44 chips with a weight of 0.16kg. I received 34 chips and they weigh 0.162kg. After I pointed this out and showed him, he changed his tone to "wanting to resolve" and asking how to do so. I replied with a couple scenarios, and he is not receptive.
