It doesn't quite fit perfectly, not matching the curvature at the top where it meets the headliner, and being shaped differently.. There are 4-5 small clues that tell me it's not ACTUALLY an OEM part though listing claimed it was. See pics, comparing my definitely OEM original passenger side, compared to the new driver's side I received from the listing. BUT...better than paying $250-300 for the real deal from Lexus dealer and it's better than nothing.
