    I ordered 1 gallon of super star cream peroxide 40 ..instead I received a box with various different items that I did not order . When I contacted the seller, they told me to take it up with eBay when the shipping label clearly shows it shipped from forever4beauty. Seller is not to be trusted beware. They take no responsibility. I doubt ups took my creme developer and placed 5 items that probably cost more. They are saying the package was tampered with. Unbelievable

    We’re sorry for the confusion. The correct item was shipped from our facility, but the buyer’s photo shows the shipping label appears to have been removed and reattached after shipment. Our labels are self-adhesive and never placed in plastic sleeves. For that reason, we’ve asked eBay to help resolve this issue. We truly care about our buyers’ experience, but this situation is outside the seller’s control.
