    Seller shipped boots ~ no packaging whatsoever. Slapped a label on the original box used excessive tape on the original box. So much for being a gift. I would of thought when you spend $200++ they could have packaged item. It was a gift & #1 they destroyed the box ~ not giftable & my granddaughter seen it because they did not package it, just slapped a label on it & called it good. Will NEVER buy from again. Gouged shipping cost & They were not very nice to work with either.

    Was unable to work with the buyer, tried to resolve the situation, situation could not be resolved. If it was discussed prior to shipping, we would of loved to wrap the box and make it look like a gift but it was not. When given the opportunity to send another box in its place (same shoe/size) seller got more upset. Shipping cost was correct for the area and where the item was going. Overall bad experience with the buyer.
