- 7***5 (138)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseokay, so was originaly going to give a very bad review. Keyboard was DOA, only power it got was a red LED by the spaceball and nothing else would not connect to pc, called ACER texted sell and here we are hours later.... The seller did give me a full refund and after talking with acer (thank god theres a warrenty) i got a refund so i can send this to go get repaired. now lets talk about the item fells good, love the clicky noise (not for everyone i would say Razer Green or chery Red's) in sound

The surface type cover stopped working a few days after purchase, and after interaction with seller, was told to process faulty HW support from Microsoft directly. It was quite a cumbersome affair, and effort to resolve issues is not worth the few pennies you save buying from resellers. the service is good if everything works as designed, but unfortunately that will not always be the case, and when that happens after sales service just sucks
