Given that the shipment was from California to western Pennsylvania, it came very quickly. My only problem so far is that I need to change the resolution on one of the axes and pressing the setup button on the DRO-3VA display results in a request for a password. This is not covered in the manual.

It was well wrapped up in the box which is probably what saved it. I somehow thought it would be bigger but it's exactly as pictured and described.
