Notes
THE SOUL OF THE SOUTH is an 8-song mini-LP of solo recordings made by MTB lead singer Doug Gray in 1981 and never released until now. Recorded with backing by members of The Marshall Tucker Band and produced by legendary producer Billy Sherrill (Tammy Wynette, George Jones, Shelby Lynne), these recordings shine a light on Grays affection for soul music. Also features a cover of the 1969 smash hit "More Today Than Yesterday," originally recorded by the Spiral Staircase.

Excellent service!! Arrived before expected, in perfect condition and nicely looking, as described. Securely packaged, the best price on all WWW and a most valuable item to add in my collection, mostly for its quality content and sentimental value. Warm and kind seller, always alert for anything I might need. And, I might say, a very nice detail on the Thank You note. Hope to do business with you again in the future. Thanks for everything, my kind friend. Be well. :)

Minimally packaged, but it did arrive unharmed. I have never received a CD that wasn't in cardboard casing, but as I said, it was unharmed. Thank you.
