Poorly packaged, item arrived damaged and inoperable. It was not the shipping carriers fault. The item was improperly packaged, not enough padding and the box was 5 times the size of the item, leaving A LOT of room for movement. I messaged them the same day and still have yet to receive a response. Don't let them tell you to contact the carrier, it's their responsibility, also their responsibility to refund you immediately or send a shipping label for the return of the item. More like GREEDWILL.
