I described them as used, detailing stains, etc. Items are usable & can hold books/lunches. The pictures show the details, they are still in good shape. I never represented them them as anything other than a used backpack set that still has life left. I apologized to the buyer for any disappointment or confusion they felt. They didn't contact me with any questions or concerns. If they did, I would have answered any questions.
