The seller is great and helpful. Through no fault of their own, the speaker didn’t seem to want to work due to pairing issues. (Known Sonos issue). Unfortunately I’ve had to return it.

Very strange seller experience. The speaker was returned with no attempt to even wrap the box, and with the speaker working and pairing "perfectly". I literally plugged it in, connected it to WIFI and it was playing beautifully within two minutes of opening. It is not a Sonos issue as I have sold others without any such issues... appears to have been a user issue...
