Seller added signature requirement without prior notice after sale. Ultimately created a chain reaction of problems with USPS resulting in having to take time off of work in order to deal with the situation. 1) USPS (due to weather) never attempted delivery and didn't leave it in parcel locker and 2) Package was held 30+ miles away. Took hours to reschedule delivery and had to meet carrier in-person in middle of day. Seller just apologized for the inconvenience, but didn't make it right.
