I purchased a BRAND NEW Patagonia Bag. Per the seller and the photos, the bag was in perfect condition. Upon receiving the bag there was a rip above the zipper. When I contacted the seller, they made me feel that I was in the wrong and refused to make it right. They were rude and kept repeating that it was new when it left their hands. DON'T buy from this seller unless you like the finger pointed at you if your product doesn't arrive in the condition you were expecting.

I offered a refund upon return of the bag. but you declined and said you would keep the bag and you wanted some money refunded "To make it Right" Messages don't always show how someone is feeling.
