Asked seller to confirm that these were men’s size 9.5 and not women’s and provided insole dimension. When boots arrived they were women’s 9.5. Despite my providing an image comparing their length to another pair of the same boot in a men’s 9.5 that I own, they continue to insist that they are men’s and that Italian boots run small! referring to the vasque size chart confirms their mistake. I was able to get my money back through eBay’s return policy but this was a frustrating experience
