This is simply feedback extortion. The buyer made me an offer on a sealed card lot. He opened the packages and destroyed the value. Now he is making false claims because he has buyer remorse and thinks I can return the items that have now been damaged. Ebay will remove his feedback after the investigation is over but for right now it is damaging to me. I have never encountered a scammer to this degree on ebay before. When you purchase a lottery ticket you can't demand return if it isn't a winner
