Great customer service. Shipped same day to try and facilitate getting item to me. Unfortunately, priority mail service ran slow and missed the departure date however we were able to use at the 2nd half of the show since another family member was flying down to watch. Definitely helped shorter arms in the Hunter Under Saddle class!
