    Communication was excellent. I had problems on my end with my building's courier but Adel was able to work it out. My radio did not work before I sent it in (no sound) . I received it today and I am listening to it as I write this review. The built in tuning light is much brighter after repair. Adel gave me options for the repair. Great service.
