    Shipping was as expected. Packaging was great. However, the item was NOT as described. It was specified that the item was sealed, but it was in fact opened and missing parts of the original packaging. The item appeared to have been unused. Still, no complaints because I could have reached out and inquired and I just didn't, so that's my own fault. The seller did include a "thank you" note, which was very much appreciated, so I would still call this a 5-star experience.
