item was supposed to be ultrasound - as in unheard by humans - I was sent a whistle that can be heard by everyone. I already own a whistle so it’s a total waste of money. I have had too many messages from them offering me increasing amounts of money off - unfortunately I now need to re buy - so it almost looks like I’m happy if I accept it - which I’m not. I’ve been asked for mercy etc which is totally unacceptable. I’ve had about 4 emails from them and the last one said it was final.
