Item came from a smokers home and that was not disclosed in the description. Had to wash them multiple times with strong detergent to get the smell out.

Im sorry this happened, all of our items as resellers are preowned and we don't always know their back story, we launder all the items and after picturing them seal them up in the same bag they ship out in. Sometimes things slip by and sometimes not everyone can smell the same as well, we apologize for the inconvenience. I would recommend next time maybe reaching out to the seller to see if there is a way to resolve the issue, I'm sure we could have done something.
