These were supposedly new and I chose to keep them, even though there was an obvious defect in the upper leather on the right heel. I wore them for business for the first time, and they DISINTEGRATED. I am extremely disappointed and have never had this happen with an ebay purchase. I contacted the seller and requested a return and was denied. Consider your purchase carefully.
