The plastic clamshell that holds the product seems too big for the box. There are also parts (replaceable faces) that the clamshell container doesn't have a place for, they are just loose parts inside. The item itself, however, is brand new and of excellent quality and I am having absolutely fun with it. It looks and feels outstanding.

The quality is good, although I had to loosen the shoulder screws because they were too tight and I didn't want to break the shoulder joint by letting it stay like that. The price is a bit high at $200 when I bought it, but I guess that is okay as this is my first one. I'll only pay $150 or less for the same item next time I buy another.
