Items initially not posted. When they were, they were delivered to the wrong address (Aust. Post's fault). Advised seller of issue, provided information & screenshots from Aust. Post confirming failed delivery & for seller to contact them. Seller insisted "tracking shows it was delivered". Items refunded by EBAY after asking for assistance, not by seller.
