When we did not receive the product by mail as stated the seller was very responsive and shipped the product out again by fed x. the batteries worked on our Yamaha 1980 and 1985 qt50. we did have to can the ends on the battery to work on our bikes, but it was not a problem. I would purchase from this company again..
