The part will work and does fit, that’s the good. The bad, the casting is not as good as factory and you have to to tap the holes where the oil filter adapter meets the upper housing as well as where the cooler bolts to the top housing. They provide instructions stating the bolts are self tapping but are not. If you don’t have the proper taps, I would suggest another option. If you do this part will work.
