When received, PC was still registered (and locked) to previous owner, couldn't even get in to Windows. After days of troubleshooting, had to return it. No apology or offer to make it right. I asked for a replacement- which was sent, but improperly packaged and was physically damaged with parts rattling around inside PC. Again, no apology, no comment, no offer to make it right, just a return label. Cannot recommend this seller at all.
