Item advertised as new but was sent an almost empty tube with unscrewed pump which had been repackaged into a box with a different expiry date and taped shut unevenly with sellotape. Managed to get a refund thankfully, though seller was in denial throughout the process and tried to gaslight me claiming the empty tube looked full to them and the date on the box was the manufacturing date and hadn't been repackaged (even though both dates were in the future).
