The hat did indeed appear to be new, however it was packed in a box which was too small. The brim of the hat had been rolled upward on two sides to make it fit into the box resulting in a crease in one side which is still evident and two sides which droop. It was not wearable when it arrived. I contacted the seller to let them know and that I would try to correct the problem. I did not ask for, nor did I want any adjustment on price. Their reply was less than kind. Disappointed.
