This item was broken when I got it. I sent a video and description of my problem to the seller as they requested. They said they would do their best to solve my problem. They offered a 50% refund. I said no. I want the device replaced or a full refund. They have not responded again. I told the I would leave a bad review if they did not solve the problem of delivering me a broken device.
