I ordered this woodblock print for my daughter for when she came back from college. I could tell it was not broken so kept it in the bubble wrap until now. My fault. When I opened it, it was the wrong print. It is indeed a woodblock print but not the one I ordered. I was very excited for the Hiroshige print with the parasol. I received a different and much less colorful print. 😔

Strange that you would leave a negative feedback before contacting me to resolve even though you received it 2 months ago. Mistakes can happen but I always will work to resolve any issues. I could have easily sent the correct print (this was part of a collection) at my expense but you left a negative feedback and emailed that you would like to keep the print you received?? I'm trying to be a good Ebayer and this seems unfair not giving me the chance to resolve before evaluating the experience.
