Item arrived intact, however, my issue was that the listing never disclosed any of the flaws with the item. It is not apparent from the listing photos that the DVD case is not actually full-sized (it is a slim case) and the cover artwork is merely jammed into it, resulting in folding. Listing also doesn't show the apparent stain damage to the cover artwork itself. Disc seems to work without issue.
