The frame is beautiful but it was missing the plastic insert that holds the photo in place. I love the frame and it’s beautiful but will need to have someone make the insert for me in order to keep the picture in place. Happy with the purchase and seller and it might not be obvious to someone who hasn’t seen it new in box.
