I never received the Jellycat bunny. It was delivered by USPS and the Jellycat had been torn out of its packaging. Therefore, the only thing that was delivered to my home was the torn packaging, no Jellycat, nor the gift bag it comes with. I do want to make it very clear that this was no fault of the seller. She was completely kind, considerate, and helpful. There was nothing she could do about the situation with USPS. I did have to open a claim which she encouraged me to do, totally proactive.

This is incredibly unfair. I shipped out the order the next day. First it was late, then it was an empty package. I explained that if the package was opened, USPS would have put a sticker on the package, and asked her to please take it into the post office as proof and file a claim. USPS now requires insurance claim items to be turned over to the post office. I am not sure why me, as a seller who shipped immediately, is being given a negative out of anger at USPS. This is very unfair.
