My main issues:
1. The lack of information in description.
There is no mention of damages on the card. (Card arrived and is definitely damaged)
2. The lack of protection to card.
A sleeve and top loader isn’t enough protection for a patch card, especially when the destination is to another country. No team bag, No cardboard. Just a card inside a cheap PWE.
This isn’t to throw shade, it is to help and inform you on how to provide a better service.
Cheers

1. Card was listed as near mint condition. Picture on the listing showed the chipping. Thick cards have flaws plain and simple. Nothing was hidden. 2. Buyer paid for standard shipping, which by Ebay's definition includes a PWE, can't stuff cardboard etc into a PWE. Had he asked, and paid for, I would have sent it however he would have liked. It then went to Global Shipping, then it was shipped from there, by EBAY, not me. I have no idea how it was sent after they received it.
