You don't know how much you like that feature until you get a chair that can't do it. It was also delivered very quickly via Fedex. The box itself was taped up securely. My only issue was all the screws were loose in a bag. I had to measure them and double-check the instructions to make sure I was using the correct ones. Not a big problem, but something to consider.
