The buyer requested an exchange for an expensive item that I do not have listed. The item the buyer requested is not available in Japan. Additionally, since my return policy does not allow exchanges, I had to decline this request. Based on my return policy, I offered a partial refund or a full refund, but the buyer refused both options, so the issue remained unresolved.
