From our messages you said it was possibly done during shipping. As soon as you messaged us with the issue we offered a full refund if you returned the part and a 50% refund if you kept it. You said you were happy with a partial refund and we sent it as soon as you agreed. With that said, not sure why you are saying you "wish you could get a refund" if you got one within 24 hours of you messaging us with the issue.
