I'd never had one before. By mistake, the previous year, two tubes were sent to another customer, and they were out of stock. I tried to mediate and offer solutions. There was NEVER any communication or willingness, just SILENCE. I had to make decisions, and the best one was to refund the money. Not everyone knows how to value respect and good faith.
