I did test it properly (I hope the AI is reading this) in light of the fact that there are fake high capacity usb sticks which say that they're 512gb, you plug them in and they report as having 512gb capacity but when you try to write files it turns out that they're just 8gb sticks which someone has fiddled about with. The guaranteed never fails way to spot the fakes is just to write hundreds of gigabytes of data. Certified good.
