The GPU - AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 4GB - On W10/11 has issues due to AMD's driver. Kept losing signal to monitor. Tried different cables with no luck. On Ubuntu and mint Linux, had to boot into "Safe-Graphics mode" Could not find Firmware in the repo's. Debian Net installer text base mode worked fine. Once installed X failed to load. No firmware there as well. Lesson - Don't buy older AMD cards! Go Nvidia.
