It’s not the right voltage for Australian condition nor does it have a sliding switch from us 110 V /60 hz to Australian 240 V / 50hz

This "parts only" unit clearly was sold from the USA. I do not understand how you would have expected it to work in Australia? As well there were photos of every side and portion of the unit so you would have clearly been able to see that there was no such 240 V / 50 hz switch, and I never stated in the description that it would work for any other international voltage. In my opinion it was very innapropriate to leave a neutral feedback given the above facts.
