- 8***n (23)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseA failed sale of 27 VTG magazines because the flimsy torn box arrived with only packing material and was taped closed by USPS "Received in damaged condition" tape. I messaged the seller who responded, telling me to open a claim with USPS. I read up and learned they don't return shipping and tax, which equaled over half my paid amount, nor will they pay out if packaging was deemed not to be sufficient. I felt they would deny it on that alone. A little more tape could have saved all. Ebay solved.
