I do apologize for any error in that regard. You live in Alaska therefore, somewhat of a longer shipping time should be expected. I show you ordered on the 8th and the USPS website shows the item was delivered on the 18th so 3 weeks is a bit of a stretch. We have since stopped our shipments to Alaska and other territories due to complaints of longer shipping times.

I finally got it after 12 days
