When opened it has a slight wobble due to its physical assembly not being solid as a regular ladder. The weight and height are as described. I think after bracing it against the structure to be worked on it will be a welcomed and compact tool that stores easier than a folding ladder. I'm glad I purchased it. I only wished it had hooks on top for gutters.
