Really getting sick and tired of these sellers claiming the item is new but “open box” and that it “works fine” when they obviously haven’t tested it prior to listing! Then these clowns wanted me to pay for return shipping to get a full refund 🤯🤯🤯 Finally settled on 40% credit and I’ll use it until it dies, which I’m guessing won’t be long the way the brushes spark and the terrible burning smell
