We shipped the package promptly. Due to delays by USPS, we filed a case for this buyer twice. The buyer even requested that we update the tracking status to his personal bike company mailbox; we did so but did not receive any response. It's regrettable that our efforts to provide detailed updates and ensure delivery were met with negative feedback from the customer.
