Item received exactly as described. I really love this Hourglass phantom lip balm in shade sense. It's the perfect nude pink with a touch of beige. It was more on the pricey side but when you want something bad enough you pay the price given. Shipping was on a little slow but I think it had to do with usps then the seller. Item packaged well.
