And this mistake arose from the picture of the wrench, which was a combination wrench (one end is a box-end, the other end is an open-end). Of course, I wanted a combination wrench. HOWEVER, the specification said the size of the combination wrench was "5mm 6mm". I wanted a size of 5mm on both ends, which is normal for a combination wrench. After the transaction was complete, THEN I noticed the wrench size was different, for each end, from the other. Thus, the Refund.
